Today, we honor those who provide loving care for those with autism or special needs. It’s especially important to maintain their oral and overall health. People with mild or moderate forms of autism can be treated successfully in our office. We will take special care to be sure their dental experience is personalized. To assist us in providing the best experience possible, we need to have an up-to-date medical form as well as special suggestions for pleasing or calming your loved one. We will talk with the caregiver to determine the intellectual and functional abilities of the patient, and their communication preferences. We use the “show and tell” approach to providing care; we will show and explain what we will be doing prior to each procedure and we take extra time to show each instrument and how it works.

We want to make a difference in the lives of people who need professional oral care. Call our office to schedule an appointment for you and your child. We cater to your specific needs.
